How do I know what size my dog is?
- We use the weight of your pup as a guideline for sizing! We consider this a guideline rather than an exact determination as their may be exceptions. You can always ask at the beginning of your appointment what size your dog will be! There is a scale in the shop that you can use as well.
-Tiny: under 10 pounds Small: 10 - 25 pounds Medium: 25- 40 pounds Large: 40 - 80 pounds Extra Large: 80+ pounds
What's Included in a full groom?
- Haircut to your liking, sanitary areas shaved, bathed, shampooed, dried, anal glands expressed, nails trimmed using dremel, ears plucked (if requested), perfume, and a bow.

- Sanitary areas shaved, bathed, shampooed, dried, anal glands expressed, nails trimmed using dremel, ears plucked (if requested), perfume, and a bow.
How long will my appointment take?
- All full groom and bath and brush appointments are 1 hour unless told otherwise
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept cash, check, venmo, zelle, or card. There is a 4% convenience fee on all card transactions.
Will I receive a text or call when my dog(s) are ready?
- No, because appointments only take 1 hour we ask that you come back 1 hour from your appointment time to pick up your pet(s). Late fees do apply if pets are not picked up in a timely manner or before 3:00 (when we close).
Do I need an appointment for a nail trim?
- Nope! You can come in any time during business hours or call us and ask when a good time to stop in would be.
What do I need to bring with me to my first appointment?
- Just your pet(s)! No paperwork needed!
